How To Copy Emails From Outlook Web App To Desktop
Hi Ivan,
By saying 'how to save one email (from sent box or inbox) in browser version of outlook 365 to a desktop', do you mean saving an email from the Outlook Web App to your desktop? Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood anything.
If that's the case, currently, it's not feasible to save an e-mail as a file from OWA to the desktop directly. Thanks for your understanding. And we also welcome and encourage you to share your ideas through http://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273494-outlook-and-calendar. Understanding your experience helps us to make our product and service better for you and others. Actually, many features came directly from your feedback.
On the other hand, if you are also accessing your emails via the Outlook client, this can be achieved there. You can refer to the following article for more information.

Hello,
I think that what you are looking for is a perfect match for the Office Addins (formerly app for Office).
Look at https://store.office.com/
you will find apps to do precisely what you want.
For example, there is KMailPrint an app that prints your email to a nicely formated pdf document.
Disclaimer: I am the author of KMailPrint app.
Sincerely
Benoit

Hi Majid,
Do you mean that you want to uninstall the KmailPrint app? If so, you can follow the steps below:
1. Click Settings (the gear) in OWA (Outlook Web App).
2. Click Options->General->Manage add-ins.
3. Select KmailPrint and then click the minus (-) to uninstall it.
If anything is misunderstood, please describe your requirement more clearly.
Thanks,
Larry
